A large number of people went to visit holiday destinations. Ritesh said that bookings from Goa are increasing by the hour. However, the surprising thing here is that there is a city which has beaten even the most popular Goa in terms of tourist destination. You will be surprised to know that the city that has beaten Goa in this matter is none other than ‘Varanasi’ of Uttar Pradesh. OYO saw the highest number of bookings in Varanasi as compared to Goa.

Ritesh Agarwal also shared information from OYO’s Annual Travel Trends Index Travelopedia 2022, which shows that maximum number of rooms are being booked in smaller cities and continuous growth is also being seen. According to OYO data, Uttar Pradesh has become the most visited state in 2022.
