While talking to Local 18, Dr. Sejal Rastogi said that canned juice has more sweetness. Which harms health. Often small children and elderly people drink canned juice. In which the amount of sugar increases which is not good for health. This increases the risk of other diseases like obesity at an early age. There is a reduction in nutrients, due to which your weight may increase.

Dr. Sejal further said that compared to natural fruits and vegetables, this canned juice increases weight faster. Do not consume these canned juices because these juices are made of refined sugar. Which is not good for diabetic people. Even though it is mentioned that it is sugar free, diabetic patients should still avoid it. Artificial colors are used to provide long term protection and color. Sometimes these colors can prove harmful for health.
