In the reel, these people are saying that people have a general perception that Hindus are not happy in Pakistan, but on the contrary, Pakistani Hindus are very happy in their country.

People are liking the video a lot
Deepna is seen saying, ‘We are Pakistani Hindus and people feel that we are not happy here. We are Pakistani Hindus and people think that we support India in cricket matches. The reel is being liked a lot on social media. Many users from India also reacted and liked the video.

Only 2.14 percent Hindus in Pakistan
After Muslims, Hindus have the largest population in Pakistan. However, Hindus are only 2.14 percent here. According to the 2017 census, about 44 lakh of their population lives here. The population of Muslims is 96.47 percent.

In the year 2018, in the Minority Watch Report, concern was expressed about the situation of Pakistani Hindus. It said that minority Hindus here face oppression. Like Christians, Hindus also face the problem of forced conversion. The minority population here has also expressed concern about the demolition and threats to places of worship.

Deepna clarified, the video was not made under any pressure
Deepna was born in Mirpurkhas city of Sindh province. She clarified that what she and her friend are saying in the video is their own opinion. She is not speaking on behalf of the entire Hindu community of Pakistan. She also clarified that she did not make this reel under anyone’s pressure nor is she fighting any battle for the rights of minorities. Deepna said that people can check her posts to see how well she celebrates all her Hindu festivals in Pakistan.
