Ingredients to make Palak Paneer
Spinach – 1 bunch
Paneer cubes – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 1
Green chili – 3-4
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Onion finely chopped – 1/2
Tomato chopped – 1
Cumin – 1 tsp
Cloves – 3-4
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Bay leaf – 1
pod cardamom – 2
Cream – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Oil – 3-4 tsp
salt – as per taste

Palak Paneer Recipe
To make Palak Paneer full of taste, first of all pour 5-6 cups of water in a vessel and put spinach in it and boil it on medium flame. When the spinach changes color and becomes very soft, turn off the gas and pour very cold water over the spinach. When the spinach cools down completely, prepare a smooth paste by adding spinach, ginger, garlic cloves and 3 green chilies in the mixer. After this, take out the paste in a utensil and keep it aside.

Now put oil and butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the butter melts, add paneer cubes and fry them till they turn golden brown. After this, take out the fried paneer in a bowl and keep it. Now put a little oil in a pan, add cumin, cloves, pods of cardamom, cinnamon, kasoori fenugreek and bay leaves and fry on medium heat.

When the aroma starts coming from these spices, add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns light pink. After this add chopped tomato and cook it. When the tomatoes become soft, cook the gravy by adding pre-prepared spinach paste, a little water and salt as per taste. When the gravy starts boiling, add fried paneer to it, mix well and let the vegetable cook. After cooking for 5 minutes, turn off the gas.
