If you are not able to correct your PAN card online, then you can choose the offline option. For this, you will have to go to the nearest Common Service Center where PAN cards are made and updated. After this, you will have to fill a form to make corrections in the PAN card.

So you will also have to attach the related documents such as a photocopy of the Aadhar card. After this you will have to pay the fee. The operator will submit your application. After a few days, you will be able to get your updated PAN card from the Common Service Center or the PAN card will be sent to your home.
