Ingredients to make Pancake
Flour – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Butter – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
salt – a pinch

Pancake Recipe
To make eggless pancakes, first take a big mixing bowl and put 2 cups of all purpose flour in it. If you want, you can also use wheat flour instead of maida. Now add sugar, baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt to the flour and mix well. After this, take the butter and melt it and add it to the mixture and mix it. After this add milk to the mixture and beat it until smooth batter is ready.

Now take a nonstick pan and keep it on medium heat for heating. When the pan becomes hot, put some butter in it and grease it all around. After this add the prepared pancake batter. Cook it for 2 minutes without spreading it. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes. After this, take out the pancake in a plate. Now garnish butter and honey on the pancake and serve.
