Lakhs of Shiva devotees will gather in the city for Mahashivratri and Panchkroshi Yatra. In view of this, the route diversion plan will remain in force in the city from the night of March 7 to the morning of March 9. ADCP Traffic Rajesh Kumar Pandey has appealed to the general public to cooperate in maintaining the smooth functioning of the traffic system by following the route diversion plan.
Route diversion for Panchkroshi Yatra from 7th to 9th March
- The route diversion plan will remain in effect from 10 pm on March 7 to 10 am on March 9.
- Vehicles will be allowed to come towards Rajghat from Sujabad police post. If traffic pressure increases, vehicles will be diverted towards Ramnagar.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to go from Golgada Tiraha towards Bhadaun Chungi Tiraha.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to go from Lakadmandi Tiraha towards Bhadaun Chungi Tiraha.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to go from Kali Mata Mandir intersection towards Pandeypur intersection.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to go from Lalpur Pandeypur police post towards Pandeypur intersection.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to move from Police Line intersection towards Orderly Bazaar.
- Vehicles will also not be allowed to go from Bhojubeer Tiraha towards Ardali Bazaar.
