Arun says that while preparing samosas, he uses the best quality potatoes, green peas and cheese and uses a variety of spices. He prepares these spices himself. Due to which the taste of samosas gets enhanced.

Chutney is prepared in a special way
The chutney that comes with Pandit ji’s samosas is also prepared in a special way. Arun Kant Dwivedi tells that along with jaggery, ginger, dates, dry ginger and celery along with many types of dry fruits are also added to the sweet chutney. Apart from this, he uses mango juice to prepare sour chutney.

2000 samosas are sold daily
In Sidhauli, Pandit ji’s famous samosas are available from 10 am to 7 pm. During this time, customers come to him from far and wide to eat samosas. Arun tells that 2000 samosas are sold daily at his place and the price of one samosa is Rs 10.
