Ingredients to make Soyabean Manchurian
To make Soyabean Manchurian: 2 cups grated soya chunks, ¼ cup finely chopped French beans, ¼ cup finely chopped carrots, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, 3-4 tbsp grated cabbage, 1 Take 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1-2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp all purpose flour and oil for frying.
To make the sauce, you will need ½ cup finely chopped onions, ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2- 3 tsp soya sauce, salt as per taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2-3 green chilies split, 1 tsp vinegar, 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ cup cornflour batter, 2-3 tbsp Chopped spring onions, 2 teaspoons oil and water as required.
Soybean Manchurian Recipe
First of all, soak soybean for some time, then boil it and make powder out of it. Now add french beans, carrot, onion, capsicum, cabbage, ginger, garlic, black pepper, salt and spring onion to it. Then add cornflour and refined flour to it and mix everything well and make balls. Now heat oil in a pan and put all the balls in it and fry them till they turn golden brown. Then take out these balls and keep them aside.

Now to make Manchurian sauce, heat two spoons of oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, onion and capsicum to it and sauté it. Then add red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt to it. Now make a slurry of cornflour and add it to the sauce, as well as add black pepper powder and green chilies. After this add coriander leaves and vinegar to it and stir the sauce well and then add soybean balls to it. After this, cook it for a minute or two and serve garnished with chopped spring onions at the end.
