Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Onion chopped – 2
Gram flour – 1 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Green cardamom – 2
Green chili – 2
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Do Pyaza Recipe
To make Paneer Do Pyaza with hotel like taste, first of all put curd in a bowl and whisk it. After this add turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder to the curd and mix. After mixing them, add gram flour, kasoori fenugreek and salt as per taste to the curd and whisk it. After this, cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the prepared yogurt solution, mix them well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Now take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it. After the oil is hot, add marinated paneer to it and fry for 2-3 minutes. After the paneer is fried, take it out in a bowl. Now put some oil again in the pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf and green cardamom and fry. After a few seconds, add green chillies and onions and cook for about 5 minutes.

When the color of onion turns light pink, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Then mix all the dry spices. Now add tomato puree and let the gravy cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add salt to the gravy as per taste and cook till the gravy leaves oil.
When the gravy leaves the oil and becomes thick, add the fried paneer cubes to it and mix well with the gravy with the help of a ladle. Your tasty paneer and two onion curry is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha.
