2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
Refined oil as required

1 handful coriander leaves
2 cups parboiled basmati rice
1 onion
1/2 cup cabbage
1 tsp masala chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Step 1- To make this easy recipe, first wash and chop the vegetables. Cut paneer pieces.

Step 2- Add onion and garlic.

Step 3- Take a pan and put oil in it, when the oil becomes hot enough. Add onion and garlic cloves. Fry for 2 minutes.

Step 4- Increase the flame and add tomatoes and cabbage, when the vegetables are cooked in the pan and become light golden brown. Add soya sauce and spices.

Step 5- Lastly add boiled rice and paneer and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add salt and add coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy.
