Parliament Budget Session 2023 Live Updates Opposition Protest Adani Hindenburg Row Nirmala Sitharaman BJP Congress

Parliament Budget Session LIVE: Today in the Parliament, the opposition is in full mood to create ruckus regarding the Adani case. The opposition created ruckus in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on Friday (February 3) raising the matter, after which the proceedings were adjourned till 11 am today.

Today, the opposition is again making a strategy to surround the center. The opposition may demand an inquiry into the companies of billionaire Gautam Adani. Opposition parties demand that the investigation of the Adani case should be under the supervision of the Joint Parliamentary Committee or the Supreme Court.

Let me tell you, the Congress party is also going to protest across the country today regarding the Adani case. All the Congress leaders will raise slogans against the central government in front of LIC and SBI offices in all the districts. Earlier, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has called a meeting of leaders of all opposition parties at 9.30 am today. Along with the Adani case, the opposition can also attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Center regarding the BBC documentary.

Opposition surrounds Modi government

TMC MP Derek O’Brien said, there is a good chance to corner the government in Parliament. On the other hand, the one who creates ruckus, his collusion with BJP can be seen. The Congress has made a direct attack on PM Modi regarding the Adani Group controversy. Jairam Ramesh tweeted and wrote, PM cannot escape by saying ‘we are Adani’s who’. At the same time, the JDU president also surrounded the Modi government on this matter and said that corporate fraud has taken place in the country. Why is the government silent? Congress says that it wants to talk about this whole matter in the Parliament but they are not being given a chance.

The Congress seems to be getting the support of the opposition parties on the Adani issue. However, the Bahujan Samaj Party has kept distance from this protest.
