In the indiscriminate firing on February 19, Lalan Rai’s own brothers Chenarik Rai and Monarik Rai were shot. Apart from this, Gautam Kumar, son of his Gotia Pramod Rai and Roshan Kumar, son of Nagendra Rai were shot from this side in this firing. All four of them have died. Roshan’s father Nagendra Rai was injured in the firing, but is now healthy and at home. Only one of the accused Umesh Rai, his brothers Satish Kumar alias Bacha Yadav, Ram Pravesh Nirala, Ramesh Rai, Satyendra Kumar and Dr. Rajesh Kumar surrendered in the Jethuli shooting incident of February 19 – Satish Kumar alias Bacha Yadav. A total of eight had surrendered along with Satish, including his son Aman Kumar, nephew Rahul Kumar (father- Rampravesh Nirala), Sunil Rai (brother of Umesh Rai’s wife). After these surrenders, the police was sitting quietly. Now that Nikhil Kumar has died, the police is going to paste advertisements for attachment against the remaining five brothers.
