So let us tell you about one such lassi shop today, which is 110 years old. According to 68-year-old shopkeeper Luv Kumar, this lassi shop is one of the oldest shops in Patna. Please tell that this shop of Lassi is located in Harmandir Gali of Patna Sahib, where crowd of people is seen from early morning till late night.
Grandson and great-grandson running Nana’s shop
Shopkeeper Luv Kumar says that earlier this shop used to operate in the name of his grandfather Bhagwan ji. His mother Chuki was the only child of Nanaji, so later this shop was taken over by his father Baua ji. 68-year-old Luv Kumar further says that now his son and other family members are running this shop together. He has not kept any separate staff in the shop.
Let us tell that apart from the local people, a large number of Sikh devotees also reach here due to being next to the Patna Sahib Gurudwara. Along with hot milk, lassi, khoa, cream, falooda and sweets are also available here at reasonable prices.
