Ingredients to make Matar Nimona
To make Matar Nimona, take 2 cups fresh peas, 4 teaspoons water, 1 teaspoon cumin, 8 black peppers, 15 garlic cloves, 3 inch piece of ginger, 4 green chillies, 7 teaspoons oil, 4 potatoes, 2 bay leaves, 2 green Take chilli cut into two pieces, 2 cups water, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ cup coriander leaves, 1½ teaspoons whole coriander, ½ cup whole peas, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon asafoetida and salt as per taste.

Recipe to make Matar Nimona
To make Matar Nimona, first grind peas, coriander leaves and a little water in a mixer grinder. But keep in mind that the paste should not be too fine. Therefore, grind the peas a little coarsely and turn them into a bowl and keep them aside. To make nimone masala, add cumin, black pepper, whole coriander, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, green chilli and water in the mixer jar. Grind everything and make a fine paste. To make Nimona gravy, heat oil in a pan.

Then add potato pieces and deep fry it. Now heat oil in the pan and add asafoetida, cumin and bay leaves and stir. Then add green chilli and pea paste to it. Cook everything for 2 minutes. Then add whole peas in it and let it cook. Now add spice paste to it and after cooking for some time, mix water. Then add fried potatoes to it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and turn off the gas. Your Matar Nimona is ready, serve it with roti.
