People are crazy about the samosas sold on the cart in Punasia market under Rajun block of Banka district. The special thing is that samosa is prepared by a woman. When the masala inside the samosa is spicy and there is mustard chutney, then it becomes even more delicious. Sunita Devi runs this stall and earns well by selling up to 500 pieces of samosas every day.

Sunita started making samosas during lockdown
Sunita Devi told that her husband used to work as a mason, but became unemployed due to the 2020 lockdown. After this, I felt uneasy while eating and then thought of doing something myself. After this, I liked the idea of ​​making samosas and feeding them to people at the cart itself. Then what, he has been continuously selling samosas on a cart since 2020.

He told that 400 to 500 pieces of samosa are sold daily. Sunita Devi told that more than a dozen spices are used in preparing samosa. In which, apart from cabbage, peas, almonds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, garam masala, dry chillies, special spices are added. Due to which the taste improves.

Daily sale of up to 500 pieces of samosas
Sunita Devi told that they set up a cart every day at 4 o’clock. However, some ingredients for making samosa are prepared from home. This shop operates till 8 pm. He told that people are given two pieces of samosa and mustard chutney to eat for Rs 15. Only those who want sweet chutney are given to them. People are fed only hot samosas.

This is the reason why there is a crowd of people here in the evening. People also pack it with food and take it away. Apart from this, Longlata is also made by adding khoya. People also eat this with great enthusiasm. However, samosas are sold the most. 400 to 500 pieces of samosas are sold every day. There is a business of more than Rs 4,000 every day.
