After this, black gram, paneer pieces, boiled potato, tomato, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt according to taste, water etc. spices are added as per your requirement and it is covered to cook on a low flame. In about 10 to 15 minutes, this very tasty chole is ready to eat. At the same time, chole is served with one litti for 25 rupees and two littis for 40 rupees.
