The revision petition filed regarding the disturbance over CAA-NRC has also been rejected by the court of Special Judge for MP-MLA cases ADJ-13 Vikas Srivastava II. In this revision petition, an appeal was made against the order of the lower court.

In which a request was made to register a case against leaders like BJP President JP Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. It was said that the conspiracy hatched by them led to riots and people even lost their lives. But the lower court had rejected the petition in January.

This revision petition was filed on behalf of civil court advocate Khurshidur Rahman. In which under 156(3), a request was made to register a case against Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi, BJP President JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah etc. It was said that the statements given by him regarding CAA-NRC. Promotional material was distributed by the organization. This spoiled the atmosphere and led to disturbances. His statements created a situation of disintegration in the society and people even lost their lives. In this case, the complaint given to the case at the police level was not heard.

Complaints were made in this matter at the level of SSP to CBI etc. Later, when the hearing was not held, a petition was filed in the lower court. From there also his petition was rejected in January. A revision was filed against that order. According to prosecution advocate ADGC KM Johri, the Additional Sessions Court has rejected this revision petition and confirmed the order of the lower court.
