E-KYC of 85 thousand farmers not done
In Uttar Pradesh’s Kannauj, 2.69 lakh farmers are taking benefits of the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi. Bhulekh verification of 2.28 lakh farmers has been done. Still about 41 thousand farmers are deprived of Bhulekh verification. If we look at the status of e-KYC, then e-KYC of 85 thousand farmers in the district has not yet been done. Officials of the Agriculture Department say that in the absence of e-KYC, Bhulekh updation, the installment will not be able to reach the farmers’ account under any circumstances.
Two banks are not getting approval from NPCI

Getting the approval of the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) has become an obstacle in the way of getting the installment of the farmers of Kannauj. According to media reports, all the account holders of cooperative and rural banks in the district. They are yet to get the approval of NPCI. Local farmers say that until the approval of NPCI is not received, the installment will not reach the account.
It was mandatory to link NPCI
