PM Kisan Yojana Rules: The Indian government brings many schemes for the citizens of the country. Crores of people in the country get the benefits of these government schemes. More than 50% of the population in India earns its living through farming. That is why the government also takes special care of the interests of the farmers. There are many farmers in India whose financial condition is not strong. The Government of India provides economic benefits to such farmers.
For this, the government had started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the year 2019. Under this scheme, the government provides financial assistance of Rs 6000 annually to the farmers. The government sends money directly to the accounts of farmers through Direct Benefit Transfer in three installments of Rs. 2000. A question arises in the minds of many people regarding the scheme whether unmarried farmers also get benefit in it. What are the rules regarding this?

Do unmarried young farmers get benefits?
The Government of India had started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the year 2019. The objective of the scheme was to economically strengthen the low income group farmers of the country. The government has also decided some rules regarding this scheme. Benefits are given on their basis only. In the scheme, it does not matter whether the farmer is married or unmarried. If he applies for the benefit under the scheme then he will be given the benefit. Let us tell you that under PM Kisan Yojana, those farmers who have land in their name get benefits. Under the scheme, benefits are given to marginal farmers with land up to 2 hectares.

Farmers waiting for 19th installment
The Central Government has so far sent a total of 18 installments to the farmers under the PM Kisan Yojana. Crores of people of the country have got the benefit of these installments. And now the farmers are waiting for the 19th installment. The government had sent the 18th installment in the month of October. Installments are given to farmers three times a year, which are given at an interval of four months. If seen from October, farmers are expected to get the 19th installment in February 2025. However, let us tell you that no official information has been given by the government in this regard.
