PM Kisan Yojana: India is an agricultural country. Even today, more than half of India’s population earns their living through farming. Farmers are also a very important part of the country’s economy. Therefore, many schemes are also run by the Government of India for farmers. These include schemes ranging from giving loans to crop insurance. The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started by the government in the year 2019 to provide financial benefits to the farmers.
In this scheme, 6 thousand rupees are given to the farmers every year. In which an installment of 2 thousand rupees is sent every four months through DBT. So far 17 installments of the scheme have been issued. The 17th installment was issued on 18 June. But the installment has not reached the account of many beneficiary farmers. Let us know what is the reason behind this. What work is necessary. So that the installment will not get stuck. Let us tell you.
It is necessary to get e-KYC done
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, it is necessary for all farmers to get e-KYC done. Farmers who have not completed e-KYC will not be able to get the benefits of the scheme. Farmers whose 17th installment is stuck, it is necessary for those farmers to get their KYC completed.
Get land verification done
In this scheme, it is necessary for the farmers to get their land verified along with e-KYC. Because the government has already issued guidelines for the farmers that those farmers whose land verification is not complete will not be able to get the next installment of the scheme.
These can also be the reasons for not receiving the installment
Apart from eKYC and land verification, there can be some other reasons for farmers not getting the next installment of the scheme. For example, if your Aadhaar card is not linked to your bank, then also you will not get the benefit of the installment. Or you have not given the bank account number, Aadhaar number, gender, name in the application for the scheme.
If any of these details are entered incorrectly, you will not get the benefit. If you have not done any of the mentioned tasks, you will not be able to get the benefit of the scheme. If you complete all these tasks, the state government will send your name to the central government to include it in the list of the scheme. Due to which you can also get your pending installment.
