There was a lot of enthusiasm among the city residents regarding the first road show of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the city. People reached Gumti from outside Chakeri Airport hours before the scheduled time to get a glimpse of the PM. During this time, they kept guessing amongst themselves about the vehicles in his convoy as to which vehicle he would be in. When Modi’s convoy left the airport and he came out of the moving vehicle to accept the greetings of the people, there was no limit to the happiness of the people. Wherever he passed, people welcomed him by raising slogans like Jai Shri Ram, Modi-Modi.

Flowers rained all the way
There was a crowd of people on the Ramadevi Green Belt as well as the flyover to watch Modi’s rally. Seeing the crowd as soon as he left the Air Force station, Modi stopped the convoy, got down from the car and shook his hand, winning everyone’s heart. After this, wherever the speed of his convoy slowed down from normal, it started raining flowers. This sequence continued all the way.
