PM Modi told the way to give up smartphone addiction, said- ‘Make your home a No Gadget Zone’


PM Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Discussed the examination on January 29, 2024 i.e. Monday. During this, PM Modi interacted with the students of class 10th and 12th. Live streaming of this program of PM Modi also went. The event was organized at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, and the occasion was attended by around 3000 students, who are going to appear for the board exams this year.

PM gave special advice to students

During this, PM Modi talked to the students on many issues and also said some things about smartphones and other gadgets. He told the students that they should make their home a No Gadget Zone and tell their password to everyone. Apart from this, PM Modi has also given some special tips to the students to overcome smartphone addiction.

PM Modi asked students to make some rules and follow them to get rid of smartphone addiction. The PM said that excess of anything never does any good. This means that excessive use of anything can never do any good.

PM Modi gives tips to give up smartphone addiction

  • The Prime Minister told the students that no matter how good the content is on the mobile phone, a proper and fixed time has to be fixed for using or watching it.
  • PM Modi said that mobile is a source of information, but when and how much we should use it depends on our understanding.
  • The PM said that there should be some rules regarding the use of mobile phones in every house, like one should not use mobile or any gadgets in the house while eating food, and at that time all the members of the house should sit together and talk.
  • Apart from this, he said that a No Gadget Zone should be created in the house, where no member of the house should keep any gadgets and people should sit there and just talk.
  • PM Modi said that all the members of the house should know each other’s unlock password. This will increase transparency in the house.
  • The PM further said that we should not consider technology a burden, we cannot escape from it, but it is very important for us to learn to use it properly.
  • To reduce smartphone addiction, PM Modi told students that they can take help of apps to check screen time. There are many such apps available on Google Play Store, which track smartphone usage.
