PM Surya Ghar Yojana: The Government of India runs many schemes according to the needs of the people. Keeping in mind the different needs, the government brings schemes. People are very upset with the increasing electricity bills. In such a situation, the Government of India has started a new scheme to reduce their problems. Under which people can now get rid of electricity bills. The name of this scheme is PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme.
Prime Minister Modi had announced this scheme in Ayodhya this year. Under which the aim is to install solar panels in 1 crore houses. Under this scheme, subsidy is provided by the government on installing solar panels. But people have many questions in their minds about the scheme. One of the questions is whether the houses which already have solar systems installed will be given benefits under this scheme. Let’s know the answer to this.
Conditions to be met
Under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana, you are given subsidy on installing solar panels. First you have to register in the scheme. After that you have to apply. Then after that you have to get the solar panel installed at home from a recognized vendor. After that some government officials go to your house and do the verification. And after the completion of this process, you are given subsidy. But if you have already installed solar panels in your house. Then you can check by applying.
But the important thing in this will be whether you have installed the solar panel from a government-recognized vendor or agency or from someone else. If you have installed the solar panel from a place recognized by the government and the government officials go and confirm it. They do not find any flaw. Then you can be given subsidy under the scheme. However, for more information about this, you can visit https://www.pmsuryaghar.gov.in/.
