PM Vishwakarma Yojana: Various types of schemes are run by the Central Government for different sections of the society. The objective of these schemes is to help people in their everyday life and move them forward. A similar scheme is being run by the Central Government for those people who do small business and are workers themselves. The central government is providing help to people for 18 such types of employment through this scheme.
Who gets the benefits of the scheme?
First of all, let us talk about who gets the benefits under PM Vishwakarma Scheme and what are its benefits. Under this scheme, loans up to Rs 1 lakh are given to workers without any interest. After this, if everything goes well, then a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh can be taken at an interest rate of five percent. Under the scheme, workers are also given training and financial assistance of Rs 500 is also provided every month. This includes a total of 18 professions like goldsmith, potter, carpenter, sculptor, cobbler, mason, weaver/weaver, toy maker, washerman, tailor.
How can you apply?
All those who do these 18 businesses can register for this scheme. For this, online registration has to be done on PM Vishwakarma Registration Portal www.pmvishwakarma.gov.in. Here you will have to enter mobile and Aadhaar details, after which a form will open in front of you, in this you will have to fill your category and other information. If all the documents are found correct, you will be given benefits under the scheme. You can also go to the nearest public service center for application.
No fee is charged for application under PM Vishwakarma Yojana. The government bears the entire expense from registration to issuance of ID card. After application you can download your Vishwakarma certificate.
