Nandganj police of Ghazipur district on Sunday took attachment action at the house of Vishal Pasi, the main accused in the murder of SP leader in Sihori village. During this period a large number of police teams were present.
Let us tell you that Vishal Pasi, resident of Sihori village, had murdered Amaldhari Yadav, resident of Atarsua village, four months ago. The named main accused is absconding since the murder. Even after the police conducted 82 action at his house, he did not appear in the court. On the orders of the court, the police took attachment action on his house.

Police Station Head Krishna Pratap Singh said that on the afternoon of January 31, SP leader Amaldhari Yadav, resident of Atarsua village, was shot dead by Scorpio-riding miscreants near Bandhwa Kusamhikalan village on the four-lane highway. The deceased’s elder brother Ram Nagina Yadav had filed a case against four named and two unidentified. Vishal Pasi was made the main accused in this.
On February 12, the police had arrested the murderers Pankaj Singh alias Raju, Amarjeet Pasi, Vimli Devi with one pistol and three cartridges, one country-made pistol 315 bore and two cartridges and sent them to jail.
The main accused in the murder of Amaldhari Yadav was absconding since then. Even after action 81 and 82 was taken against his house, he was not appearing in the court. Due to his non-appearance, attachment action was taken.
