According to the complaint filed by the married woman, she was married to a youth from a village in the police station area on 27 July 2012. The husband’s behavior was good for 3-4 years. He went to Mumbai to work for his livelihood. After that, the husband started keeping distance from the married woman and reduced his calls and visits to the house.

It is alleged that on 1st July 2024, her husband made a video call to the married woman at 11 in the morning and while talking, he made a nude photo and video of her and saved it. Two days later, the photo and video went viral on WhatsApp and Facebook of all the people of the village.

When the married woman called her husband and complained about her private photos going viral, he started abusing her. He said that he got them made viral by his brother and nephew. On Monday evening, the married woman filed a written complaint against her husband, brother-in-law and a young man accusing them of making her nude photos and video chats viral.

In this regard, Gaurabad Shahpur SHO Rajaram Dwivedi said that based on the complaint of the married woman, an FIR has been registered against three youths of Dharmapur village under IPC sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) and 67A (serious section). Further appropriate action is being taken.
