Potatoes boiled mashed – 1 cup
Paneer cubes – 1 cup
Ginger-green chilli-garlic paste – 1/2 cup
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Gram flour – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Potato Paneer Shots
To make Potato Paneer Shots, first boil the potatoes and peel them and mash them in a vessel. After this prepare a paste from green chillies, ginger and garlic. Then cut paneer into small pieces and finely chop green coriander leaves. After this, put gram flour in a big bowl and add red chili powder and a pinch of salt to it and mix. Now add water little by little and prepare a medium thick batter of gram flour.

Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add celery and green chili-garlic-ginger paste and fry for some time. After this add mashed potatoes and mix.
