Decoding the Nutritional Value of Potatoes

One medium potato contains 37 grams of carbohydrates, 4.3 grams of protein, 3.8 grams of fiber and 2 grams of sugar. It can be seen that potatoes contain a good amount of fiber which is a good option for weight loss.

Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.

Microwave it for 3 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet.

Add chopped vegetables of your choice to the potatoes.

Add a good amount of olive oil, salt and pepper to it.

Keep in mind that oil and spices are well applied on the vegetables.

Bake the vegetables for 30 minutes until soft and brown.

Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper to it.

You can add green onions, cucumber and raw mangoes to it.

Mix all these and keep them aside for some time.

For dressing, take cream, mustard sauce, salt, black pepper and milk together.

Add dressing to salad.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Boil the potatoes and mash them well.

Add maida to it (it is best to add wheat flour).

Add two eggs, garlic, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes.

Add finely grated carrots, green onions.

Take a griddle to cook this pancake.

Grease the griddle with oil and put potato mash in it.

Spread it well slowly.

Roast it till it turns brown from both the sides.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Take butter, chilli flakes, carom seeds, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, garlic in a bowl and mix them together.

Wrap this mixture on the potatoes.

Bake these potatoes for 35 minutes.

Add some green coriander, salt and black pepper to it and serve hot.
