Preesha, an Indian-origin student, is among the most talented students in the world.


Indians have already had dominance in the world which is now increasing further. Recently, a test was conducted in America on the basis of grade-level marks of students from 90 countries. In which 9-year-old Preesha Chakraborty of Indian-American origin was named in the list of ‘world’s most talented students’ by the prestigious Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. More than 16 thousand students participated in the test.

If reports are to be believed, Preesha is a student of Warm Spring Elementary School in Fremont, California. As a Grade 3 student, she appeared for the examination at the US-based Johns Hopkins Center for Talent Youth in the summer of 2023. Preesha was included in the list after evaluating the grade-level test results of more than 16 thousand students from more than 90 countries around the world. Preesha has been recognized for her exceptional performance in a variety of assessments including Scholastic Assessment Test, American College Testing, School and College Ability Test.

Preesha Chakraborty excelled in the verbal and quantitative sections of the exam, scoring 99 percent. This achievement makes Preesha eligible for over 250 Johns Hopkins CTY online and on-campus programs for advanced students in grades two through 12 in mathematics, computer programming, chemistry, physics, reading and writing. Preesha’s parents say that she is always fond of learning.
