Children who received the Prime Minister’s Bravery Award have started reaching Delhi. He will remain in the capital for the next ten days. The awardee, Suhani Chauhan of Delhi, has developed SOAPT, a solar-powered agricultural vehicle, to make farming easier for the farmers of the country in innovation. This vehicle of Suhani, who lives in South Delhi, will run completely on solar energy. With this, Rs 1800 crore spent on diesel can be saved. With its use, carbon credits worth Rs 84 crore can be saved every year. This vehicle has been appreciated not only in the country but also abroad.
He has also obtained its certification and patent. Suhani, a class 11 student, told Amar Ujala that seeing the difficulties of the farmers, she started making this vehicle from class eight itself. In this he got the support of his parents as well as the school. According to Suhani, her discovery is a victory for the hope of a self-reliant India, in which everyone wants to ensure their contribution.
