Wheat flour, mint leaves, grated ginger, red chili powder, dry mint, chaat masala, butter, desi ghee and salt as per taste are needed to make Pudina Paratha. The ingredients used in Pudina Paratha can be increased or decreased according to the number of people eating it.
How to make Pudina Paratha
To make Pudina Paratha, first sift the flour in a mixing bowl. After this add chopped mint leaves to the flour and mix. Now add grated ginger, spoon oil and salt as per taste to the flour and mash the flour well. So that mint and other ingredients mix well with flour. Now add little water and knead the dough. After this cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now take the dough and knead it once more. After this, make medium sized balls of the dough. Before this, take a bowl and add dry mint, red chili powder and a little salt to it and mix all three.
