R Madhavan told his entire routine
R Madhavan was asked that losing weight within 21 days is a bit challenging, to which he replied that he was fasting intermittently. To keep his weight under control, he used to consume more liquids instead of solids. He did not eat outside food or junk food at all. Not only this, he used to have dinner at 6:45 pm.
Madhavan used to maintain this kind of diet from morning to night
Intermittent fasting, chew food 45-60 times. Chew food properly and drink water. Have dinner before 6:45 pm. Eat only cooked food. Do not eat raw food after 3 pm. Wake up early in the morning and take a walk and sleep early and deeply at night. And one more thing, do not spend any time on the phone before sleeping. Because it is not good for your lifestyle at all. Drink lots of water. Eat green vegetables and food that is easily digestible. Do not eat processed food at all.
