Ingredients for Ragi Cake
Ragi flour – 3/4 cup
Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
Jaggery/sugar – 1 cup
Curd – 1/3 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2/3 cup
Salt – 1/8 tsp (as per taste)

Ragi Cake Recipe
To make ragi cake full of taste and nutrition, first of all keep the oval to preheat at 180 degree Celsius for at least 15 minutes. After this, grease a 7-8 inch pan and spread the partition paper in it. Now sift ragi flour and wheat flour in a vessel. After this add baking powder, baking soda and salt to the flour and mix them well. After this keep this mixture aside.

Now take another bowl and add powdered jaggery and oil to it and mix well. After this, take curd in it and beat it first, after that add it to this mixture and mix it well. After this, while doing it slowly, add milk to it. Now add this mixture to the flour mixture slowly and mix everything well.

When this mixture mixes well, then finally put it in a greased tray. After this, leave the mixture to set for some time. Now put the tray in the preheated oven and let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes. When the cake is baked after the fixed time, take it out and leave it to cool for 15 minutes. Now take it out from the tray. You can decorate the cake with grated white chocolate and cashew shavings. Now the delicious ragi cake is ready to be served.
