However, by releasing several videos one after the other on his official Instagram account, he has clarified that the person whom he was beating was not his servant but his disciple and he was his master. In the video, he has also clarified that he was punishing his disciple for losing the water bottle. However, he has also apologized to his disciple.

But why are users targeting Rahat?
Users on social media have also claimed that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was also drunk while doing this. After the video went viral and faced criticism, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has posted several videos with that person on his Instagram handle and given clarification. Besides, it has also been told that he has also apologized to his disciple for this.
