Rahul Gandhi had appeared in the MP-MLA court on February 20 in this case by stopping his ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ in Amethi, after which the court had granted him bail at that time.

BJP leader Vijay Mishra’s lawyer Santosh Kumar Pandey said that if sufficient evidence is found against Rahul Gandhi, he can be sentenced to a maximum of two years.
