It has been decided by Section 1 124A of the Act that in any way in the railway premises. Even if a passenger dies, the Railways is responsible and has to pay compensation.

Application for claim can be made to Railway Claims Tribunal.

If a passenger has died caused by railway property, he can apply for compensation in the Railway Claims Tribunal.
