Railway Viral News: Railway’s mistake… brother-in-law and brother-in-law became Ghanchakkars! When I sat in the train and saw my ticket, I was shocked.

Sea: Many news keep coming out regarding Indian Railways. But, you might have never heard of such a case before. Talking about railway rules, the fare of any class to travel from one station to another is the same for all people. But, Sagar’s brother-in-law and brother-in-law were discriminated against by the Railways. Both of them took tickets to go to the same place, but the Railways charged them different prices. When the matter came under discussion, the Railways realized its mistake.

Actually, the price of train ticket changed just by changing the platform at Sagar station. On October 5, the brother-in-law and brother-in-law duo set out on a journey from Sagar to Jaipur. To travel, both of them had purchased tickets from different platforms. But when we sat in the train and discussed among ourselves, we came to know that the ticket prices of both are different. He was also shocked to see this, after this when Sagar came back he informed the team of Local 18 about this. When the matter escalated, the Railways talked about an investigation.

This is how the price difference came to be known
Sanjay Nanhoria (brother-in-law) and Shyam Sundar Soni (brother-in-law), residents of Mohan Nagar ward of Sagar, told that on October 5, we had to go from Sagar to Jaipur to attend a program. Both of them had to go by Dayoday Express. Sanjay reached Platform-2 of Nanhoria Railway Station at around 11:42 pm and bought the train ticket, which cost Rs 205/-. The same night, Shyamsundar Soni took a ticket for Dayoday Express train from Platform-1 at 11:32 pm, which cost Rs 180/-. When Sanjay and Shyamsundar boarded the Dayoday Express from Platform-2 and checked their tickets, they came to know that the prices of their tickets were different.

Rs 205 ticket is correct
In this matter, when Jabalpur Railway Division Senior DCM Madhur Verma was talked to, he told Local 18 that the fare from Sagar to Jaipur is only Rs 205. Out of the two tickets available, the train ticket priced at Rs 205 is correct. There is something wrong with the Rs 180 train ticket. For this we are counseling the staff.
