What is this relationship called: Hina Khan got a lot of fame from Star Plus’ popular show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. After working in Rajan Shahi’s daily soap for 6 years, the actress became known as Akshara in every household. But in the year 2016, Hina Khan suddenly said goodbye to ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ which gave a big shock to the fans. Now the show’s director Rajan Shahi has revealed the reason for removing Hina Khan from the serial.
While talking to Tele Talk India, Rajan Shahi told the reason for Hina Khan leaving ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. He said that Hina used to interfere a lot in the script of the show. A lot of things happened due to which the channel had to hold a meeting with Hina and Rajan. Rajan also told that one day the lines spoken by Hina in support of Shivangi were rejected and she had to be removed from the show.
‘Shoot or leave the set…’
Rajan Shahi said, ‘One day the shooting was going on and Hina did not want to say some lines which were in support of Shivangi Joshi’s character Naira. There was a lot of interference in the script where Hina refused to say those lines. That day I told her that she would have to do that scene the same way, when she did not agree, I told her to either do the shooting or leave the set.
Even though the scene was shot, Hina was out of the show.
Rajan further said- ‘She sat in the makeup room the whole day and when she left the set at night, she was given a message that her services had been terminated and she was no longer required to come to the set. However, she came the next day and shot the scene as it was written. But at the time of pack up they were told that the association could no longer continue them.
