The confectioner told that the process of making Phini is started early in the morning. To make Phini, take twice as much ghee as flour. Ghee and flour are mixed under the open sky at night. It takes several hours to mix it. It is left to set for full 24 hours. After this, its dough is prepared the next day. We stretch it and make it longer and make it in the shape of a garland. Hundreds of strings are attached to a garland, which makes strings in it. In this way, by joining six beads, a garland of thousands of strings is formed. After this, on the third day, the prepared dough is put in a pan of hot ghee and baked in a wooden oven. This phini is used on the third day. It can be taken both sweet and weak.
