Rajnath Singh on Uniform Civil Code: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh participated in the program of Maharaja Harishchandra Jayanti in Lucknow on Thursday (January 12). During this, while addressing the program, he made a big statement regarding the Common Civil Code. Rajnath Singh said, “Our government has fulfilled the promise it had made regarding Article 370, has also fulfilled the citizenship law and now the work on Common Civil Code (UCC) is going on. ”
He said that I don’t make promises because politicians have made many promises in Indian politics, but if half of them had been fulfilled, there would not have been a credibility crisis in the country. PM Modi asked me for the manifesto in 2019. PM Modi said that care should be taken to fulfill what we say in the manifesto, come what may.
“Take pride in your cultural heritage”
Rajnath Singh said that Swami Vivekananda is India’s first global youth icon. Some forces are creating a sense of alienation among the people. We are the people who believe in that culture, which gives milk even to a black snake. We should be proud of our cultural heritage, just like a tree cannot become huge without roots, similarly no civilization can become great without understanding the culture.

He said that the participation of all sections of the society is necessary in the development of India. Prime minister Narendra Modi India is being established as a self-respecting, capable and prosperous country under his leadership. The Defense Minister said that it is a matter of pleasure for all of us that now a grand temple of Lord Shriram is being built in Ayodhya. That temple will not only be a temple of Lord Shri Ram, but will also become a global cultural center of the idea of ’Ram Rajya’.
