Ram Aayenge Ramayan tadka vadh by lord rama know ram katha in hindi

Ram is coming: Ramayana and Ramcharit Manas are the sacred texts of Hindu religion. Maharishi Valmiki has written Ramayana and Goswami Tulsidas has written Ramcharit Manas. While in Ramcharit Manas, there is description of Ramji’s coronation, in Ramayana, there is description of Shri Ram’s Mahaprayan (departure to the afterlife).

That means Ram’s life is limitless, which is difficult to understand. If Ram can be known then only through love. Let us remember Lord Ram with love from the heart.

After the education of King Dashrath’s four sons Ram, Bharat, Shatrughan and Lakshman was completed, all of them returned to the palace from Guru Vashishtha’s ashram. In the ninth part of Ram Aayenge, we learned that one day suddenly Maharishi Vishwamitra comes to the palace of King Dasharatha. Vishwamitra asks the king for the king and Lakshman.

King Dasharatha suffers a lot by handing over his beloved sons to Vishwamitra. But after this he sends Ram and Lakshman along with Vishwamitra to his ashram. In this regard Tulsidas ji says- Listen, the king became very unpleasant. Heart trembling mouth duti kumulani॥ Chauthepan paayu sut chari. I can’t say anything, poor fellow. Today in the tenth part of Ram Aayenge we will know why Maharishi Vishwamitra had to take Ram and Lakshman with him.

After reaching the ashram, Vishwamitra told everything to Ram.

Maharishi Vishwamitra brings Ram and Lakshmana from the royal palace to the ashram and then tells them about the demon Taadka, that she hinders his yagya. Therefore it is necessary to destroy it.

who is tadka

There was a Yaksha king named Suketu but he had no children. For this, he performed severe penance to Lord Brahma and being pleased with his penance, Lord Brahma appeared to him. Suketu asked Lord Brahma for the boon of having a very strong child. After this, as per the wish of Lord Brahma, Suketu was blessed with a very powerful daughter, whom Suketu named Tadka. It is said that Tadka had the strength equal to a thousand elephants. Apart from being strong, Tadka was also very beautiful. Tadka was married to a demon named Sunda. After marriage, Tadka gave birth to two sons whose names were Subahu and Marich.

An ugly woman turned into a beautiful tadka due to the curse of a sage.

Tadka’s husband Sunda was of demon nature, hence he always created obstacles in the religious activities of the sages. He always used to destroy Yagya and create obstacles in penance. One day he attacked the ashram of sage Agastya, due to which the sage got angry and cursed Sund and he was burnt to ashes there.

Hearing the news of the death of her husband Sund, Tadka became angry at Rishi and along with her two sons Subahu and Marich attacked the ashram of Rishi Agastya. The sage did not kill Taadka because she was a woman, but he cursed Taadka to turn from a beautiful woman to an ugly woman. After this the very beautiful Tadka became a cannibal and an ugly woman. Along with Tadka, the plight of his two sons also became similar.

After this, Tadka started living in the forest on the banks of Saryu river in Ayodhya with her two sons. But the flame of avenging her husband’s death and her own humiliation was burning within her. Therefore he started harassing the sages living in the forest. Tadka and his sons used to obstruct the yagya of the sages and with their power they used to kill the sages and eat them. The outbreak of this type of Tadka started increasing day by day.

The great sage Vishwamitra also had his ashram in the forest on the banks of river Saryu in Ayodhya. Vishwamitra used to perform regular yagyas and create divine weapons etc. But Tadka along with her sons started creating obstacles in Vishwamitra’s yagya. In such a situation, due to the Yagya not being completed, the manufacturing work of weapons could not be completed. One day when Vishwamitra was performing an important yagya, Tataka’s sons destroyed the yagya.

Vishwamitra asked for Ram-Lakshman from King Dashrath

Vishwamitra was very angry with Tadaka and his sons due to the obstruction being caused in the Yagya. He had the proper courage and weapons to destroy Tataka and his sons, but due to his vow he was unable to do so. Therefore Vishwamitra went to King Dasharatha of Ayodhya and asked for his help. Vishwamitra asked for Ram and Lakshman from King Dasharatha.

Tone group Satavahin Mohi. If I come to check, I am dead.
Dehu Raghunatha along with Anuj. I am eternally dead.

Maharishi Vishwamitra said to King Dasharatha – O King! Groups of demons harass me a lot, that is why I have come to ask something from you. You give me along with my younger son to Shri Raghunathji. I will be safe after the demons are killed.

tadka slaughter

Both Ram and Lakshman, the princes of Ayodhya, protect Vishwamitra’s ashram. One day, Tadka’s sons Subahu and Marich come to attack the sages and disrupt the yagya, when Ram and Lakshman attack them with their bows and arrows. Subahu dies and Marich gets injured by the arrows of Shri Ram.

Seeing the plight of her sons, Tadka also becomes extremely angry. Then Vishwamitra asks Ram to kill Tadka. At first Shri Ram hesitates to kill a woman, because religion does not allow him to do so. But after getting orders from Maharishi Vishwamitra, he agrees to do so. Because he could not disobey the Brahmin’s orders. After this Lord Ram kills Tadka with a single arrow.

Go away and see Muni Dinhi. Listen, you will get angry soon.
Ekhin ban praan hari leenha. I know my religion and that’s why I gave my position.

In this way, Tadka gets liberated from the curse of Sage Agastya when she is killed by Lord Rama. Along with this, she also becomes free from the form of an ugly woman and a cannibal. At the same time, Tadka also attains salvation due to being killed by Sri Hari in the form of God.
