Ayodhya: Ever since the construction of the temple of child Ram started in Ayodhya, people have donated a lot to the Ram temple. Not only this, people have donated so much to the Ram temple that the construction of the temple is also being completed within its stipulated time frame. If we talk about the financial year 2023 and 24, then Ram devotees have donated about Rs 363 crore 34 lakh through different means for the construction of Ram temple. Apart from this, Ram devotees have also donated 13 quintals of silver and 20 kg of gold for the construction of the temple in four years. This information has been given by Champat Rai, General Secretary of Ram Mandir Trust.
However, let us tell you that today there was a meeting of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust in Ayodhya in which all the trustees participated. In that meeting, the expenses, income and expenditure of the construction of the temple were discussed. Later, Champat Rai, the general secretary of the Ram Mandir Trust, told about all these topics, how much donation has been received for the Ram temple in the financial year 23 and 24, how much has been spent on the Ram temple and through which mediums people have donated to the Ram temple.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi area general secretary Champat Rai said that in the financial year 2023 and 24, Ram Mandir has received a donation of Rs 53 crore over the counter. Along with this, there are Rs 24 crore 75 lakh in the donation letter of Lord Ram, apart from this, Ram devotees have donated Rs 71 crore through online medium. Along with this, about 11 crore rupees have been given by Ram devotees from abroad. Along with this, the interest in the bank is Rs 204 crore. This figure is from the financial year 2023 to 24. In total, people have donated Rs 363 crore 34 lakh to Ram Mandir through different means in the financial year.
Apart from this, about 776 crore rupees have been spent on the construction of the temple as well as the passenger facility center. Apart from this, 540 crore rupees have been spent on the construction of the temple. Apart from this, 180 crore rupees have been spent in different ways. Not only this, Champat Rai told that in the last 4 years, a huge amount of gold and silver has also been received in donations, in which 13 quintals of silver and 20 kg of gold have been found.
