He had said- ‘I cannot do this role at this age, people will laugh.’ When I and my father went to Ramanand Sagar’s house to dissuade him, he explained to my father. Ramanand Sagar said to my father – Dara, get ready. So my father said – Paji, take a young boy. I cannot play the role of Hanuman ji. Now I don’t even have a body building routine.

‘So Ramanand Sagar said that you cannot ignore God’s order. Ramanand Sagar said that he had a dream in which Arun Govil was in the role of Ram, Deepika Chikhalia was in the role of Sita and Dara Singh was in the role of Hanuman. Now this is God’s order, you cannot refuse.
