Police registered a case and arrested the hotel owner

New Delhi. A sensational case of rape of a student (22) who was staying in a hotel in Chittaranjan Park police station area of South Delhi has come to light. The hotel owner has been accused. The scared student kept crying in the hotel room the whole night. The student went to CR Park police station in the morning and lodged a complaint. CR Park police station registered a case and arrested hotel owner Tushar (40). He has been produced in the court and sent to judicial custody.
According to South District Police officials, the hotel of accused Tushar is in E-block of CR Park. This is a hotel cum guesthouse. Renovation work is going on in the house of a student living in the posh area New Friends (NFC) Colony. For this reason she came and stayed in the hotel. The student studying from Delhi University has said in her complaint at CR Park police station that she was in the hotel room on the night of 25th and 26th September. Just then the hotel owner Tushar came into the room. The two people who came to the room with the owner left, Tushar remained in the room. After this Tushar raped her. On the complaint of the student, CR Park police station has registered a case under sections of rape and intimidation etc. and arrested the accused Tushar.
