Double Womb Twins : A strange case has come to light in China. A woman has given birth to twins, but from different uteruses. A report by South China Morning Post (SCMP) said that a Chinese woman from the north-western region of the country was diagnosed with a rare condition, which occurs only in 0.3% of women worldwide.
Generally, women with two uteruses do not face any problem in getting pregnant, but they have to face many problems during this period. Some women may be born with two uteruses. In such a condition, one uterus may be in a normal place, while the other may develop in the cervix.

What are the problems in double uterus pregnancy?
An 8 and a half month pregnant Chinese woman has given birth to twins. Doctors say that such incidents happen one in a million. During this period, women have to face many challenges. In which the risk of repeated miscarriage, premature birth and delivery increases.

cause of double uterus
The problem of double uterus is genetic i.e. from birth itself. The condition of double uterus can occur only when a fetus is in the uterus. Women get double uterus genetically. Many women with double uterus have normal sex life or pregnancy or delivery, but in many cases double uterus and uterine growth can increase infertility, miscarriage, premature delivery and kidney problems. However, very few women have the problem of double uterus.
How to identify double uterus
Most women are not aware of this, but if they experience some symptoms, there is a possibility of double uterus. For example, if a woman is having frequent miscarriages, excessive bleeding, severe pain during periods, then she should definitely consult a gynecologist. Doctors diagnose with the help of some tests like pelvic test, X-ray of uterus, ultrasound and MRI.
