But the hard work of the artisan paid off and ultimately a wonderful sweet was created. In the preparation of Ras Roz, boiling milk is specially boiled at 100 degrees and powdered saffron is added. After this, vanilla ice cream and dry fruits are added in the cooled state, which gives a unique taste to this dessert.
