Shop operator Akash Dubey told that his shop was started by his Baba Ram Kishan Dubey, from then till today time has changed and years have changed, but what has not changed is the taste of Rasgulla. People are crazy about the taste of this Rasgulla prepared on the flame of pure desi mawa and other ingredients. Only hot Rasgullas are given to the customers coming to the shop. At the same time, Rasgulla is sold at Rs 250 per kg. Whereas one piece of Rasgulla is available for Rs 25.
What is the recipe of Rasgulla?
Shopkeeper Akash Dubey told that to make Rasgulla, you should have Mawa prepared from pure milk. This gives a different taste to Rasgulla. Mawa is prepared by heating milk in a big pan. After this the mawa is heated and roasted with the help of oil. Then syrup is prepared by adding sugar and water in a big pan and heating it. After this, the rasgulla is put in the syrup in the round pieces prepared earlier with mawa and kept for some time. Then this Rasgulla is served to the customers by adding dry fruits and rose water on top. At the same time, a customer said that due to dry fruits and roses, the taste of this Rasgulla becomes very special.
