The person had claimed that the actress’s car had hit his mother. The person had also falsely alleged that the actress was drunk during the incident. Now in this case, the actress has taken action against the person who posted the video.

Raveena sent a defamation notice of Rs 100 crore to the person
Now in this case, Raveena’s legal team has taken action against the person for spreading derogatory content. In the notice sent by the actress to the person, a compensation of Rs 100 crore has been demanded. This notice was sent on June 12.

What did Raveena’s lawyer say Said?
In this case, the actress’s lawyer Sana Rais Khan told India Today, “Recently, an attempt was made to embroil Raveena in a false complaint, which was cleared in CCTV footage and no complaint was lodged. Recently, a person claiming to be a journalist has been posting false information on X regarding the incident, which is factually incorrect and misleading.

Fake news spread to gain cheap popularity
Raveena’s lawyer further said, “The purpose of making false news viral seems to be a deliberate attempt to tarnish Raveena’s image. The motive behind continuously spreading these lies seems to be extortion and a desire to gain cheap popularity at the cost of Raveena’s dignity. We are currently taking all necessary legal steps in this matter and ensuring that justice is served and action is taken against him for continuing this defamatory campaign.”

The allegations against Raveena were proved false

They alleged that Raveena and her driver allegedly attacked three women, including an elderly woman. A shocking video of this incident went viral online. The actress was also accused of assaulting in a drunken state. At the same time, a CCTV footage has confirmed that Raveena’s car did not hit the women and all the allegations leveled against the actress are false.
