Ravi kishan got relief in DNA test: BJP candidate and actor Ravi Kishan has got relief from a Mumbai court. In fact, the court on Friday rejected the petition of a 25-year-old woman, in which she had demanded DNA test of BJP’s Gorakhpur candidate and actor Ravi Kishan. It was claimed in the petition that Ravi Kishan is her biological father.
What did the court say?
The court’s decision came a week after Mumbai resident Aparna Soni claimed that the actor-politician had fathered her daughter Shinova. During the hearing held today, Dindoshi Sessions Court of Mumbai said that prima facie there is no case which suggests that there was any relationship between Aparna Soni and Ravi Kishan.
Shinova had told Ravi Kishan to be her biological father.
Let us tell you that in the court on Thursday, Shinova claimed that although she calls the actor “chachu” (uncle), he is actually her biological father. In the same case, lawyer Ameet Mehta, appearing for Ravi Kishan, had argued that there was no relationship between the actor and Aparna Soni. However, Mehta admitted that the actor knew Aparna Soni, but only as a good friend as both of them had worked together in the film industry. The lawyer emphasized that the two were never in a relationship.
What did Shinova’s lawyer say?
While arguing on Shinova’s petition, lawyer Ashok Saraogi demanded a paternity test. Saraogi said that Aparna Soni married Rajesh Soni in 1991. But due to some disputes and differences, he left his marital home in 1995. She said that Aparna Soni joined the film industry as a journalist, after which she and Ravi Kishan reportedly fell in love and started a relationship.
The lawyer said that after Shinova’s birth, the actor was taking care of her, but in the last few years, he started denying their relationship and also stopped providing support. Saraogi said that since Ravi Kishan had refused to adopt Shinova as his biological daughter, a paternity test should be conducted to find out the truth. While addressing a press conference in Lucknow on April 16, Aparna Soni aka Aparna Thakur claimed that Ravi Kishan is the biological father of Shinova and alleged that the actor is denying her daughter’s rights.
Ravi Kishan’s wife had lodged an FIR in the case.
Let us tell you that in this case, Ravi Kishan’s wife, Preeti Shukla has filed an FIR against Aparna Soni and Shinova in Lucknow. On the basis of which the police have registered a case against six people Aparna Soni, her husband Rajesh Soni, daughter Shinova, son Saunak Soni, Samajwadi Party leader Vivek Kumar Pandey, and a journalist Khurshid Khan who runs a YouTube channel.
